Stacking the Supreme court has to be a fatal flaw in the idea of 'America' - that Trump has been a very active stacker - AND WILL take enormous advantage of it's latest rulings - he's TOLD us he will abuse the position of POTUS - by using their ruling

that's a fundamental change to the running of the US ------------ AND, we know that the military have spoken about overruling Presidential orders - they have qualified their actions as that they will only follow 'lawful orders' and that they are 'loyal to the constitution of the United States of America'

now - who interprets the constitution for them is a question - but, mostly - they say the courts - including the supreme court.

So, they can now follow any president really who has a 'big idea' - which kinda gives them an out ---- as it does any president

- the empire is looking very very shaky - and open to coup if so desired by enough generals to 'make it happen' ------------- do what they like, install their own president - keep the concept that the supreme court now rules ------- pardon themselves, write a new constitution -----------------

the pieces of the puzzle are there if they want to do so - the only question really - is the same question as always ------------- do they want to?

In the end - all Empires die - all republics end -------------- when is the question (and a supp question is how).
