well someone has paid attention and increased their holding to over 20% 21.8% to be exact by buying another 1.45M shares at an avg of 9.5c
My first thought was takeover? as once a party gets over the 20% holding cap they are obligated by the corps act to make a takeover bid
however there is the creep rule exemption to this and Im thinking this may fall under that
