yes, it is Qantas staff that have destroyed the company and let its standards fall.
you can't even begin to compare Qantas to Singapore Airlines...like chalk and cheese.
I find Qantas flight attendants, rude, stale, and inept. Their attitude is appauling. Everything to them is problem, and you get the distinct feeling they are not their to serve you but make your life difficult and can't wait until the flight is over. And I'm not talking about economy class.
