PGM is (and will continue to be) highly volatile because of low liquidity. There will probably be a wait till any announcements re: Skaergaard. Thus, a sell off.
No one is overhyping anything, this one could take a few years to unfold. A 20% fall from all time highs doesn't mean on $200,000 volume traded hardly changes the fundamentals. Those who are scared of their capital fluctuating 50% at a time should steer clear, personally I think the fundamentals tell an amazing story so the day to day noise is not too big an issue...nothing goes up in a straight line.
