People have been curious about this process and where it was up to - and it is good to have it clarified. Ak is just the messenger - and, I for one, appreciate the info.
It is not bad news. It is just not good news. It would have been good to have one of the permit boxes ticked off now - but it really doesn't matter. There's not much you can do with a DDW Permit without the other permits - so a small delay is really neither here nor there.
