- now why would the licence be effected by Japan if PEN:

1. will mine uranium in Wyoming, USA
2. Obama administration during the height of Japan crisis stated they would continue with their Nuclear expansion program. How will they do that with Russian supplies running out in 2013/2014, if they don't have any urnaium sources?
