I had a nice long explanatory post written out about 5 min after the above but the computer ate it.
SEY was only one seventeenth as much as CVN yesterday.. it's still less than an eighth after almost doubling.
Comparing different company's share prices in this context is relatively meaningless.. Try to think of them as an expression of the market cap when you're looking at what a certain $ oil find will add to the company's worth. CVN has doubled many, many times... each time it gets harder because the amount of oil you need to find/prove up/potentially have/start a rumour about doubles each time too.
Quick math quiz: Disregarding future drills and projects in the pipeline, how much more is EGO worth at 2.3c when they have 2.4B shares on issue than EMR at 21c with 100M shares on issue?
