I think the reason why the DOW dropped was due in part to uncertainty.
Like how bad can this inflation be...
But recently companies have figures and they can factor them into models and out of all that they can still make a profit. Certainity of forecast earnings drives the market.
So in IMO the DOW is on the way up for a while untill more uncertainity immerges.
