I think the 30 year limit expired some time ago.

The tipping is continuously extended in the hope some one is listening and more money can be wasted.

In fact NASA have claimed from a 2008 Article that by the summer of 2018 there will be no longer SUMMER sea ice. And that is a settled science fact.

Cant see it happening. Sea ice has flat lined and still plenty of it everywhere.
