    A new paper gets some press, but is not necessarily robust and can be shown to be false by later scientific scrutiny and evidence. It's part of the process of science.
    Publishing a paper does NOT mean that paper is supported by the institution. It's just a paper. Subject to normal scientific scrutiny.
    The IPCC is reviewing that whole process and accepting the science that has shown to be robust, and discussing the significance of new science that may or may not be widely accepted.

    Now, your NASA claim ...
