One of the most basic techniques used by climate change-deniers is to simply lie about the impact of global warming and climate change.
Common lies perpetuated by these scientific frauds include the so-called pause in global warming this century and the maintenance of ice in the Arctic.
The dishonesty of these frauds is breathtaking insofaras they seem to believe the endless repetition of a lie will somehow make everything okay.
Here’s what a key official at NOAA said recently on Mashable about Arctic ice.
“The notion that sea ice isn't in decline, however, is wildly erroneous. “
“"Arctic sea ice is melting faster today than at any point in the last 1,500 years," Jeremy Mathis, the director of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Arctic Research Program, who had no role in the study, said in an interview.”
The aim of these frauds who lie about such matters is simply to raise doubts about the science.
