I believe that the fact that Temperature variations of the earth precede atmospheric CO2 variations by 1 year is significant that coupled with the fact that the total amount of dissolved CO2 that can be held in water decreases as the temperature rises.
I assume we are in agreement with that.
i.e. The CO2 level increase in the atmosphere increase due to global warming that is in turn caused by the sun being natural cycle and the earth long term precession.
