how sustainable are these runs?, page-15

I wanted to buy more at 11 cents but i didnt want to dollar average my cheap with the newly expensive so i went out looking for, lets say another investment property;)

Have a look at BEC and CNP... bought a huge chunk of CNP yesterday. anyone who is interested in long term projects CNP is excellent risk/return.

Reason i bring it up is becuase they two are undervalued REITS just like VPG, but have been smashed twice as much or 100 times as much for CNP's case.

seems like annual report will be positive, could be some insiders pushing up shareprice.
