nursery the reason why CER hasnt moved as much as VPG is becuase, fundamentally, VPG are a lot better. Look at the previous Div payments for a reflection. Though div payments show little about fundamentals.. id rather be purchasing into an investment TRUST which has better div payments for the lowest share price.
CNP is a better bet the CER.. have a look into it. Both are centro based.. however CNP is the properties where CER is the retail group. CNP has its annual out on the 26th of august.
