a good week for many and myself. I was a vpg holder of the higher priced stock who averaged down, down, down until i was sitting on a 12.6c average. So for me it has been a long time between drinks.

=> So the thing of interest to me is if we are getting out of the speculation stage and into the action of the fact we know these reits are so far below NTA this day had to come?

Has it come ?

Does anyone know if some smaller funds have been buying in? THis would tend to indicate the market may be ready for a substained rise ?

there were also signs this week that the asx may not be slavishly linked to the DOW and is seeing the markets as different. This is a good thing.
