From what I hear aside form the study mentioned is the work on getting extensions to the resource and the synergy from other nearby plays.

The beauty of this is the nearness of the resource to infrastructure and the ease at which it will be extracted.

Whilst I'm trying to keep the adrenalin under check, this really does have the capacity - with the size of my holding - to make my retirement one of real ease.
