You are right but there is also other example which is oppostive . For instance , lets say ZIP was $2 in around 4 to 5 months back. Also ater pay was in same situation. But their price is keep going up. Peer company FXL which is operated in same industry and already stablished and paid dividend every year with PE ratio less than 12 at current price.
share price is mooving down every day , do you guys think this is accumulation ? Or some one again wants to out of share holder?
