hard to say really - seems to be some identity theft issues happening, as there were a few of those complaining about not being Humm customers, but people buying in their name.
they do seem to have customer service issues - but people generally only go to product review when they are angry, so you get a distorted point of view. Humm Facebook comments sounded much more positive. The reviews on the App in the store were very negative in April and May where they clearly had some problems, but moved to much better of recent months.
