@Hingdog; the issues you raised in that are indeed real but therein lies the root cause of blame as well, they've arisen since September 2013 under the Coalition!

It's been the Coalition which promised to fully fund the NDIS to win government at the 2013 election but which has instead refused to do so. The Coalition has privatised the living daylights out of the NDIS to maximise $Profiteering by unscrupulous operators while 'cutting red tape' so that they're never held accountable for poor service delivery or exploitation of the NDIS.

Fixing the mess the Coalition has made of the NDIS is NOT a $Cost, it's the responsibility Australia has to people with disabilities who've been so badly short-changed since September 2013 when we elected the Coalition as our government.
