wow...I remember this when it was nearly 1c pre consolidation (wasnt it 100 to 1?). Sounds like they have given up on coal, and rightly so, stranded coal in Africa is worth nothing in this market

on the bright side, there is no chance of those performance shares being issued so it is essentially a $400k shell (approx 40m shares on issue)with c.$1m in the bank ($1.8m if they can get the rights issue away). Has been an absolute disaster but maybe they can turn things around if they pick up some new projects. Sounds like a bit of action happening in the background but would need the market to turn as well
