I really don't know where you received your education Hardmano but if FAR were to entertain a 50% premium takeover over offer that would be at 12 cents then he would make $80k.
Therefore you obviously believe the offer would be significantly less to even suggest that he is kidding.
Maybe you should sell if that's your line of thought.
