    When does an IM injection become an IV injection? Quite often, it seems.

    This is not new nor controversial but when giving an IM injection, the correct procedure is to draw back the plunger [aspiration], if the needle fills with blood the "nurse" has accidentally entered a blood vessel so the needle must be withdrawn, discarded and done again. This is NOT being done.

    In "humanised" mice it has been shown that IV injections of mRNA vax go straight to the heart.
