Accamas you are coorect 94% of the total votes counted were for the motion and 247m is the number that means a big portion of the shares on issue didnt bother to vote.
Off course Tullows 5% were in elligable to vote.
the 4% no votes were the mums and dads left holding ! this deal was done with the collusion of 5 major broking houses and the support of management.
Tullow is the main game im sure ? I will be very suprised if Tullow isnt the subject of a take over bid soon after the HDR deal is put to bed.
Look for Merryl Lynch to start shorting Tullow in the new year ? that will be the trigger.
