mljet/others: Who would want to buy a minority stake in connection with VPE? Unless, that party in a second phase wanted to also take out VPE's oil stake and sell off their CSG assets? (or perhaps even keep the CSG??).
My thinking (purely speculative, of course) is the same as guttedsquid's, i.e. that it logically should be VPE accumulating.
Would like to hear the names spelt out of the other party/parties that you have in mind (Santos / Beach / ???)
