The main thing that has happened with SSN is that they've revalued their land up tremendously. They are in a binding agreement to sell for an amount that is substantial to such a small minnow like SSN. That is cash. If some big gun company is willing to pay 60+ mil for the land, they clearly are confident that they can hit oil/gas. First bakken well was a success and second one has had significant gas/oil shows, ready to be fracced at end of July or 3rd week August.
