You can't. Not yet at least. There's an Extraordinary General Meeting coming up where shareholders have the opportunity to vote on whether or not the recapitalisation (including 1 for 7) goes ahead. If the resolution is passed, forms will be sent to all shareholders on or shortly after 21/06/2021 as @Juke77 pointed out in the post above this one.
