    a driver gets told to blow in the bag , he says I can t I have asthma . The cop says well we ll have a blood test. The driver says I can t , I m a bleeder. The cop says well walk along this line, the driver says no I can t . The cop says do you get dizzy spells ? The driver says nah I m too pissed
