I've been busy today at work. But I did get to run through the federal court forms but found nothing for this circumstance. I'll probably get advice from a solicitor soon on the feasibility but you know that personal lawyers with asic experience are hard to find.

I want to know if the KPMG valuation is a greater indicator for value than the over 75% of remaining holders accepting the takeover offer at 52c. (Including Pointon, who was having personal debt issues.)

If the solicitor feels that the overwhelming acceptance of the offer determines value, rather than the valuation (which cost oaks $100K) performed by an expert, then I will not submit my order.

I'll ask how the court will deal with multiple separate halt orders for the same CA. As always, things are going slowly.
