Maybe this is the start of the purchase of freehold properties as they indicated that they would. I guess the conspiracy theories will abound, but it seems as with the OAKS sale they were again the highest bidder, and somehow it is always hard to argue against the highest accepted bid in an open market. Maybe Brett's hotel portfolio was of very high quality, just over-geared!
