I just got a letter back from Riccardo with the list of holder names. He noted that in regards to the second bullet point, he can not request the court to halt the CA and that I should consider independent legal advice. There is a ASIC admin office a few blocks from where I work, so I will wonder down tomorrow and ask what I need to do.
JP Morgan are still on the list (probably sill 6.6%). Citigroup (1.9%) is there several times under different names but they can sell some without notifying asic. Our good friend Mr Yu still has his 300,000 units but will probably just ignore it.
RA Pointon investors is listed, but this is different from the Brett Pointon who had 1.1% of Oaks before. This means that Brett as a director has sold his shares without notifying ASIC.
Another holder is there that had 1.7%, but if she sold some already, she would not need to say anything. Most of the other big ones are gone.
