ok, the process is to go to the local court and request that the sheriff raise the order. Well, atleast that is step one.
ASIC Corp Act Section 661E states that the order only pertains to those who had requested it. Therefore, If I'm the only one who requests the order, then if the court approves, only my stock will be exempted from the CA.
I might try calling around at JP and Citigroup.
