Well its not over at the moment but when OAK delist they will be owned by an overseas public company.
I will be very interested to see how aggressive they will be in the marketplace trying to acquire new properties.
My point was the MLR business model of, S/8 , Breakfree, MFS, WWM and OAK all failed as public listed entities as did ABC learning with another profitable business in child care centres.
