I see where my two major property investments
(apart from my direct ownership of real estate)
AAC and ALZ have gone up by 3.5% and 2.5%
respectively so far today - which is over
double the market average.

ALZ went up by 30% during the past year.

TheWord is into Namoi Cotton.

A year ago NAM was 61 cents.
Today NAM is worth 60 cents.

I hope TheWord has taken out Drought Insurance.

Namoi is in the southern half of Australia.
AAC is in the tropical northern half.

AAC is my biggest share investment
not by cost - but by today's
market value of $2.97.

On the ABC today, CSIRO climate experts
were saying that the southern half
of Australia will get drier and the
northern half will get wetter.

Which is hardly news
since I acted on
previous expert
advice and am
sitting pretty
as a result.
