They have a solid product, excellent niche, outstanding management team with industry experts and professionals, exceptional feedback from current customers, upcoming trail results from Australia market (given that it has been received so well in the US, I am positive AU will reflect the same uptake).
Their $3.8m CR will see them through for at least 2years at current operating cost of $400k per qtr.
