I think if a company accumulates 20% and then want more that they are required to make an offer? Heard this before with RIO and BHP buT may not apply to all stocks. Something about aggressive take over versus just simple accumulation. So no one can say buy 49% or even 51% as it takes the power from the company who originally owned it. but please DYOR.
