*IMO the reason for OZL SP lingering:

1. Severe half year loss by hugh write-down
(bad memory for previous brink of administration)
2. Block all possible or potential T/O hope
3. Even gold is going to hit $1000/oz but
cautious approach due to increasing stock pile
of LME copper ATM

*In order to beat or revive SP IMO

1. Try to recall good OB O.H.
2. Open all possible T/O doors
3. Try to give special dividend to shareholders
4. Need "Spirit of Enterprize" for management
(something very positive or affirmative approach
at present everything is boring)
