First ,one needs to define “shareholder ” Are you refering to1) the retailers or 2) the likes of Mitsubishi/ Morgan Stanley as a substantial shareholder . The substantial shareholders are sitting pretty,as evident by them holding onto their shares,and secondly some are well involved in shorting and manipulating the sp to their advantage. Does anyone realy think that the management cares to boost the confidence of the retailer ? If the answer is yes , how is this being displayed ? Minimal information or, allowing gross short selling to go on or, not calling a halt in trading till TOL. Who is doing the most damage to the SP ? The retailer or big boys ? How many retailers are shorting compared with the others ? In the history of Lynas ,when did the retailers get first prefernce in a SPP ? While I am at it, can someone come up with the latest percentage holding figures of the LYC s holders.
