IMHO I agree with you wholeheartedly and believe that the ordinary retail investor gets a very poor deal compared to the large institutions and so called "sophistïcated investors" We are like little mushrooms "kept in the dark ,fed horse manure and the very last to be informed of significant events".
Until continous disclosure obligations are actually enforced by ASIC and the ASX and company executives and Boards are held to account the situation will remain as it is. Here's hoping ASIC looks into the current lack of disclosure by Lynas and its failure to keep the market fully informed.
