I have a book on my shelf 'Creating Wealth '(Robert G Allen) written by a guy who got rich buying property in the USA. He challenged the media and stated he could buy a property in any city if he was flown there with only $100 in his pocket.
Even in the height of the boom it was a laugh (but he was serious) but there was some interesting things in there.
He may only have $100 in his pocket now :)
