Ordering through travelex online gives you a better rate than going into the store direct. You can still pick it up from your store, however I recently became aware that australia post exchanges money, no commission and a better rate than a travelex store. I did just that with US dollars prior to a recent trip.
Don't know what their maximum is but without a commission, no reason why you can't go in there daily to change your dough.
