What has he answered? He did spend millions of dollars a few months ago, together with huge trading volume and manipulation. I doubt he may have acquired thirty percent of PRAN shares at zero cost. Now that the share price is halved, the Phase II trial is nourished in darkroom, and his warrants are still waiting for the last minute notice, I don't know what he is answering.
