The hummus one is a tad erroneous- meet some Israeli/European Jews & you’ll soon see that.
My way of choosing? Do you wish to harm others or accept the harm of others?
If the answer is no then you can basically choose any of the above except one- well, to be more accurate you can choose any of them because the one that does accept those things is not a religion in any way.
