How to claim your Loyalty Options

The MD, Matt Painter was very kind to respond to my query same day with the following guide on how to claim Loyalty Options. I'm posting it here for anyone like me who didn't have a clue...

The procedure is fairly straightforward. When you received your option allotment, on the back page was a form to fill in and send to the share registry with payment to convert the options.  If you have misplaced your form or have not received it for some reason, you can contact Security Transfer Australia (details below) who will send you out a new form.

About 6 weeks before the options expire (31 May 2018), we will send out a letter to all option holders advising of the expiry. At that point we will probably also send out the form again with the details on how to exercise the options.
