I blame the corporate rules that allow sell & tell to occur. if a sale is sure to affect the share price surely it has to pass ASIC hurdle first and whatever the equiv is on NZX and market has to be informed PRIOR to sale. The FYI that was released wasn't even deemed market sensitive but for sure it's going to affect the market next week.
