That was my concern when talk of a cashflow issue. if we have had to pay $3m extra that will cause us pain when compounded with the delays.
If it comes out that STX has caused significant cashflow issues with cost blow outs and delays then tried to screw TPD at an opportunist time well that would be a bitter pill to swallow.

Anyone from STX that is proud to profit from this situation when there's bucket loads of cash to go around is pretty short sighted imo.

Different story if STX was close to on track time wise and budget wise.
