    Yes, TPD's share price has stagnated - BECAUSE we are "on the cusp" of production, and we have been all year...

    I see STX doing an utterly terrible job of building plant on time and on budget.
    I see STX trying to weaponise this incompetence, to reclaim the 45% share they regret selling, by taking over TPD.

    I hold both.
