Pappa, we all know that in all likelihood if stx really want Walyering they’ll get it. As you say, the big boys usually get their way. This does not mean that we all have to assume the missionary position and let them decide for how much.
What would you think if I rocked up to your doorstep uninvited and told you I was buying your car in the driveway and then tell you how much you should get; and touch your toes while I’m here for good measure. When you say no I rant and rave about what a piece of crap it is.
The reason the big boys too often succeed (at their price) is due to this inevitability mentally. People need to learn how to stand their ground. Stx will still make money on the acquisition…just a little less maybe.
Ive said before, stx appears in a big hurry to get this done. I’m happy to sell at my idea of a fair price BUT I’m not obligated to say yes just because someone else wants to make more money. I am sure you agree.
