I have no knowledge of geology, but I do have some engineering experience in some area. I have a naive question: how to define/separate a brine resource?
From drill hole 2, it seems even the famously experienced consulting group know little of underground geology. Then, it is reasonable to assume that the underground brine resource is complicated and possibly connected together. Maybe it connects with giant neighbours resources, or through a narrow tunnel connecting with bottom of dead volcano which is hundreds of kilometres away, the source of high grade brine resources.
Can we pump hundreds of kilo LCE or tens of millions of tons LCE from Hole 1? It's a billion dollar question.
