Can someone help here?
I have a folder on my pc which has approx. 500,000 files in it, and each of these has 6 subdirectories or whatever they are called. Even using 'search' takes about 10 minutes for the files to be displayed. I want to delete most of them to speed up my pc.
Every time I try to delete either the folder or the files, the pc hangs and I think it's because of the massive size of it. I had no idea it had built to that level. The subdirectories aren't that big, probably about 100 lines approx.
Have tried all sorts of unlockers, erasers....same thing - pc hangs.
