That big client is BioDirection, with the NanoDx device.
There won't need to be any promoting, in my opinion.
Word will get around.
That's why shareholders are peed off at this CR, as they are expecting FDA EUA, either this current month or early next.
The share price was only just starting to get some momentum behind it and they said.. "Whoa! We need to do the raise now! Before the share price goes up more and we have to do it at a higher price!"
Options have to be stably well in the money, for any chance of conversion though, especially with a 2 year strike period.
